File upload fails with "extension not allowed"
By default we accept these attachment types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif, pdf, doc, docx, xls, xlsx, csv, txt, zip — up to 5 MB each.
If your file is rejected:
1. Confirm the extension is in the list above. Renaming a file does NOT change its real type — our server validates the actual content, not just the name.
2. For larger files, compress to ZIP first.
3. Screenshots: PNG is usually 30-50% smaller than JPG for UI captures with text.
Need a type added (e.g. .eps, .ai)? Ask your account admin to enable it under Settings → Storage → Allowed extensions.
