Email notifications not arriving

If you stop receiving ticket emails:

1. Check your spam folder for messages from no-reply@your-domain.
2. Add that address to your safe-senders list.
3. Go to Account Settings → Notifications and confirm the relevant toggles are ON.
4. Some corporate mail servers strip emails from new senders for 24h — wait one day before troubleshooting further.

We will never send important security emails (password reset, billing) only over notifications — those use a separate transactional path that bypasses preferences.
