Cannot log into the admin panel
If you cannot sign in:
1. Confirm caps-lock is off and there are no leading/trailing spaces in your email or password.
2. Try the "Forgot password" flow — even if you remember the password, requesting a reset clears any stale brute-force lock on your IP.
3. Wait 15 minutes if you tried 6 or more wrong passwords in a row. Our brute-force protection auto-unlocks after that.
If none of the three work, open a ticket and include your account email; we will check the audit log on our side.
