Connecting Slack notifications
Available on Pro plans and above.
1. In Slack, go to Apps → Manage → Custom Integrations → Incoming Webhooks.
2. Pick a channel (e.g. #support-critical) and copy the webhook URL.
3. In TicketYA, go to Admin → Settings → Integrations → Slack.
4. Paste the URL, choose which events trigger a Slack message (we recommend "Critical priority new ticket" + "Customer reply on assigned ticket").
5. Click Test — you should see a Hello message in the channel.
