Tracking your ticket by email + number
Every ticket you open gets a unique number (e.g. TY00042) and an access token sent to your email.
If you lose the email, you can still get back in:
1. Go to the portal home and click "Search Ticket".
2. Enter the ticket number plus the same email you used to open it.
3. We will redirect you to the conversation if both match.
