Response time expectations
During office hours we aim for the following first-response targets:
- Critical / Urgent: under 1 hour
- High: under 4 hours
- Medium: same business day
- Low: within 24 hours
Outside office hours, critical issues are still triaged within 2 hours by our on-call agent.
