How to create your first ticket
Submitting a ticket is the fastest way to reach our team.
1. Open the support portal at the URL we sent in your welcome email.
2. Click "Create Ticket" in the top navigation.
3. Fill in your name, email and a clear subject (e.g. "Cannot login from mobile").
4. Pick the category that best matches your issue and the priority.
5. Describe what you tried and what should happen.
6. Optionally attach screenshots up to 5 MB each.
7. Click Submit. You will receive an email with a tracking link.
