Updating your payment method

You can update your payment method any time from your account dashboard.

1. Sign in to the customer portal.
2. Go to Account → Billing.
3. Click "Add new payment method" and enter the card details.
4. Set it as default — any pending invoice retries on the new method.
5. The old card stays on file until you remove it; this lets us refund correctly if needed.
