Requesting a refund
You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked.
1. Open a ticket and choose category "Account → Refund".
2. Include your order number or the invoice ID in the subject.
3. The refund is processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.
For purchases older than 14 days we offer pro-rated credits toward future renewals.
